Chief Executive Officer
Tan Kee Aan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in regulatory inspections and structural assessments. Since 2009, he has collaborated with major government agencies and industry stakeholders in Singapore, such as HDB, LTA, SMRT, PUB, and CAG. His expertise spans a wide range of infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, metro systems, and drainage networks. Mr. Tan now brings his extensive experience from Singapore to the United States, where he continues to advance the quality and structural integrity of critical infrastructure projects.

Lee Khoon Jeng
Technical Director
Lee Khoon Jeng is a seasoned structural engineer with 13 years of international experience in the design and construction of bridges and complex civil structures. He has contributed to major infrastructure projects such as the Doha Expressway and New Orbital Highway in Qatar, the North-South Corridor and Jurong Region Line in Singapore, and the Klang Valley MRT Line 1 in Malaysia. Working across all project phases—from tender to construction support—he has served as both a designer and consultant. His technical expertise in prestressed and post-tensioned concrete systems equips him to support advanced infrastructure development in the U.S.

Myo Myat Ko
Chief Operations Officer
Myo Myat Ko is a seasonal engineering professional with over 14 years of experience in civil, structural, and M&E engineering. He has led multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects in Singapore, including structural inspections for Public Utilities Board and Jurong Town Corporation, as well as road safety and facilities inspections with the Land Transport Authority. His expertise spans consultancy and contractor roles, focusing on project management, regulatory coordination, QA/QC, and safety compliance. Myo’s ability to manage complex, government-linked projects from planning through execution demonstrates his leadership and technical versatility. With this diverse and hands-on experience, he brings valuable insights and a high standard of engineering practice to infrastructure initiatives in the U.S.

Ahmad Syafid Bin Saffre
Country Manager
Ahmad Syafid Bin Saffre is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in high-rise and infrastructure projects in Singapore and Malaysia. He has worked on developments featuring link bridges, sky decks, and glass domes, overseeing project planning, materials monitoring, and technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with local standards. Ahmad has also begun incorporating A.I. technologies to enhance inspection methods. With hands-on experience across diverse projects, Ahmad brings practical expertise and forward-thinking solutions that can contribute to infrastructure development and smart engineering practices in the U.S.

Nyein Myat Ko
Project Manager
Nyein Myat Ko is a skilled civil engineer and construction consultant with over 15 years of combined experience in Myanmar and Singapore. He has managed large-scale construction projects in Myanmar and served as a structural engineer on key Housing & Development Board developments and major road infrastructure projects in Singapore, including flyovers, viaducts, and vehicular bridges. His expertise includes structural design, cost estimation, and ensuring compliance with international standards. His strong project management skills and cross-border experience equip him to contribute effectively to infrastructure and urban development initiatives in the U.S.
